Process Technician Do you want to solve technical challenges directly on-site, optimize production processes, and at the same time contribute to the further development of innovative solutions in the vehicle construction market? In this exciting position as a Process Technician in die casting, you will represent application technology and act as a central interface between customers, development, engineering, and customer service – both internationally at the customer site and in the testing laboratory. Here you will shine You support the production start of new systems directly at the customer's site – from commissioning and startup of the system to troubleshooting, fault rectification, and optimization of the casting process. You optimize the production output and ensure the function and availability of the systems at our international customers. You define process parameters, develop them further, and actively contribute to the stability, efficiency, and quality of the production processes in die casting. You monitor and analyze quality data, identify causes of scrap, and initiate appropriate corrective measures. You work closely with our development department, support application technology development projects, operate test installations in the testing laboratory, and are deployed internationally with a travel requirement of up to 60%. These are the required skills Completed training as a plant and apparatus builder, automation technician, polymechanic, electrician, agricultural machinery mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification Experience in commissioning, process optimization, and application technology in die casting Basic knowledge of metallurgy, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics is an advantage Knowledge of electrical/electronics as well as hydraulic components is desirable Good German and English skills as well as willingness for international travel of up to 60% Do you have questions?
