Bern (and home office) \| 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute to • Analyze, design and plan complex IT solutions for platforms and peripheral systems (sensors, weapon systems), taking into account security, network and operating requirements • Define the security and network components necessary for the integration of technical systems, peripheral systems and platform services in classified environments, and model and document information flows, data objects and specialized and technical interfaces • Develop, update and evolve documentation related to architecture, integration and security throughout the platform's life cycle, and assume overall architectural responsibility for integrated systems • Ensure technical coordination and management of network, security, platform and peripheral system teams to guarantee timely implementation of end-to-end integrations, while ensuring clear responsibilities • Conduct technical reviews and ensure quality assurance of architecture and implementation work within all relevant teams • Analyze communication flows and protocols, and ensure technical compatibility of applications and platform services for their integration <br /> What makes you unique • University degree or specialized higher education degree in computer science or telecommunications, as well as experience and skills in the field of security requirements, data protection, compliance and governance • Good knowledge of networks, particularly in the field of virtual private networks (VPN), firewalls and IPSec technologies • Several years of experience in the architecture and integration of complex TIC systems, with in-depth knowledge of APIs, messaging architectures, event-driven architectures and information architectures, as well as a deep understanding of information flows, data models and data objects in complex multi-supplier environments • In-depth understanding of modern security concepts such as Zero Trust, Defense-in-Depth as well as inter-domain and zone concepts • Ability to consolidate technical requirements from different stakeholders within agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe), as well as to technically lead interdisciplinary teams and guide them towards common goals • Good knowledge of at least one second official language and, ideally, passive knowledge of a third language <br /> In a few words Join the Cyber Command and actively participate in the digital transformation of the Swiss Army.
