The most important points in brief As part of our multicultural team, you ensure impeccable cleanliness and order for patients in the acute department and you are the contact person for the employees (around 22 employees, approx. 18 full-time positions) during the holiday absence of the Head of Housekeeping. An enriching and meaningful job in a unique environment awaits you. Together with the team, you cover early and late shifts as well as weekends (1-2x one day per month). Your working hours are between 06:00 and 16:00 depending on the shift -- there are no split shifts. The position is suitable for persons with good specialist knowledge in the field of housekeeping -- initial leadership experience is an advantage. This is what your professional day looks like with us As a team member of our housekeeping, you are responsible for the cleaning of patient rooms and public areas according to applicable hygiene standards. The bed cleaning and laundry supply of the patient houses assigned to you also fall within your area of responsibility. In the absence of the Head of Housekeeping, you are also the contact person for all employees of the department, create and plan the shifts with the team and ensure a high quality of service. What you bring with you You enjoy working with personal contact and you have understanding for people with different moods and in different life situations. You have completed training in the field of cleaning/housekeeping and several years of professional experience in a relevant field of activity.
