We are looking for in Rafz a: Sales Back Office Administrator (m/w/d) 100% ## Your tasks ### • Take over complete responsibility for the processing of customer orders - from the first inquiry to successful implementation. • Create precise calculations and convincing offers. • Record orders and plan all appointments reliably and efficiently. • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, assembly and key account management. • Be the central point of contact for our demanding business customers from different industries. • Advise and support customers by phone as well as in person in our modern showroom. What you bring ### • ### Completed commercial training and several years of experience in sales back office. ### • Enjoyment of direct customer contact and consulting. • Service-oriented, structured and solution-oriented way of working. • Initiative, communication strength and the ability to think ahead and act independently. • Curiosity, helpfulness and genuine team player mindset. • Resilience in a dynamic environment. • Stylish German language skills as well as good English language skills. • Technical understanding is an advantage.
