For our customers – hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers and Spitex services – we are looking for committed and qualified Healthcare Specialists EFZ (m/f/d) who are flexible, responsible and work with heart in the healthcare industry.

Your tasks:

• Holistic care and nursing of patients and residents in different specialist areas
• Support of the registered nursing staff with medical-technical measures, such as blood collection, infusion therapy and wound care
• Monitoring of vital signs and early detection of changes in the health status of patients
• Promotion of patient independence through targeted nursing and therapeutic measures
• Support with personal hygiene, mobilization and food intake
• Close cooperation with interdisciplinary specialists, doctors and relatives
• Documentation of nursing processes and ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Initial professional experience in a hospital, nursing home or Spitex is an advantage
• High degree of responsibility, empathy and teamwork skills
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and working with people
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
