Accounts Receivable Clerk m/f/d/ 80-100%

For our client, we are looking for a responsible personality as Accounts Receivable Clerk m/f/d 80-100%. In this function, you will take on a central role in accounts receivable management and contribute significantly to ensuring liquidity.

Tasks

• Independent management of the entire receivables process from invoice issuance to payment receipt
• Execution of the dunning process including monitoring open items and initiating collection steps
• Daily posting and reconciliation of incoming payments
• Creation of guarantees as well as conducting credit checks
• Collaboration in controlling and reporting tasks
• Operative support in the ongoing financial accounting

Profile

• Commercial basic training; further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
• Several years of experience in accounts receivable accounting or receivables management
• Structured, independent and precise way of working
• High sense of responsibility, discretion and initiative
• Strong communication skills as well as negotiation skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and knowledge of ERP systems
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; French skills are an advantage
