These are your tasks Technical and personnel leadership of the reception and supervision team with around 10 employees Ensuring smooth and customer-oriented operations at the reception and in the exhibition areas, including deployment and vacation planning Active participation in operational daily business (on around two days per week) Accompanying the introduction and further development of employees as well as ensuring a uniform appearance and high service quality Analysis of existing processes, optimization of workflows, and continuous further development of work instruments and digital solutions Promoting cooperation with internal and external stakeholders through target-group-oriented communication Supporting the Head of Visitor Services with operational questions and cross-departmental topics What distinguishes you Commercial basic training (EFZ) or comparable training with leadership experience, ideally supplemented by appropriate further training Several years of experience in customer service, visitor care, or supervision in a comparable service or tourism environment High understanding of service and enjoyment of contact with people Organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations Strong communication skills, tact, and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders Good German, French and English skills Readiness for weekend shifts What distinguishes us Working in the Museumsquartier Your place of work is located in the middle of the Bern Museumsquartier and is optimally accessible by public transport.
