Tasks

• Project development up to the building permit application
• Execution and detail planning
• Meetings with authorities and clients
• Specialist planner coordination
• General construction administration
• Compliance with industry-standard guidelines, norms and laws

Requirements

• Training as a Draftsperson EFZ specializing in architecture or Structural technician HF or Architect
• User knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of Archicad (incl. 3D)
• Independent and efficient way of working
