The Compliance department is part of the Legal, Compliance & Regulatory division.

To strengthen the authorities' inquiries area, we are looking for a Head of Paralegal as soon as possible or by arrangement.

We are addressing an upright, communicative and trustworthy personality with leadership experience who is happy to commit professional expertise to our bank and to lead and operatively support the small Paralegal team.

Your tasks

• Technical leadership of the Paralegal team
• Associated reporting tasks
• Physical and electronic mail processing of authorities' inquiries
• Review and processing of production orders from investigative authorities, bankruptcy and debt collection offices, social services and SHAB publications
• Written and telephone correspondence with authorities and offices
• Maintaining and updating statistics in the area of authorities' inquiries
• Readiness to participate in further tasks

What you bring

• Several years of activity in the Paralegal field with expertise in authorities' inquiries such as production orders, Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act, SHAB notifications, seizure
• Several years of successful leadership experience in the Paralegal field
• Completed commercial, legal or business administration training, ideally a degree in the Paralegal field
• Very good German skills; good English and/or French skills are a plus
• High level of commitment, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Quick comprehension as well as desire to familiarize yourself with our core banking software
