About the role
As a salesperson, you will work in close collaboration with the boutique manager, actively participating in welcoming a passionate clientele while ensuring the daily management of the point of sale. You will join a young and human-sized team within which you can develop valuable versatility by participating in both customer advice as well as operational management and exclusive boutique events.

Tasks
The position combines direct sales in a luxury boutique, administrative and logistical management, as well as support for digital and event communication.
Customer welcome and advice: Welcome a passionate clientele, tell the story of the watchmaking creations, and establish long-term relationships of trust
Operational boutique management: Participate in stock monitoring and ensure administrative follow-up as well as after-sales service
Events and Communication: Contribute to the organization of boutique events (afterworks, workshops) and interact with the community on social networks.
We are looking for
Perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written
Very good mastery of English, both spoken and written
Successful experience in the luxury or hospitality sector
Great interest in the world of watchmaking
Good organization and capacity to learn
Comfort with IT tools and cash management systems
An asset if you possess
Mastery of Arabic (Middle East)
Specific knowledge in watchmaking
