Commercial Employee Logistics - Transport & Export (w/m/d)

You take over the planning and control of national and international transports (land, air and sea freight) and are responsible for efficient transport management along the entire supply chain. In doing so, you coordinate logistics service providers, ensure compliance with customs and export regulations, control inventory management in the ERP system, and support continuous optimization of costs, lead times, and processes through reporting and analysis. Transport management (national & international) You plan and control national and international transports (land/air/sea), also coordinate special and express transports, and keep an eye on deadlines, lead times, and costs. Including freight calculation and invoice verification. Control of logistics service providers You work closely with external logistics and fulfillment partners, support control based on defined SLAs, and help to continuously optimize cooperation. Customs & export processing You check compliance with current customs and export regulations, create and check export-relevant documents such as commercial invoices and export accompanying documents, and further develop your expertise in this area. Inventory management & goods movements You carry out inventory changes between internal and external warehouses and reliably book all goods movements in our ERP system. Reporting & analysis You contribute to the creation of regular reports on freight costs, lead times, and service provider performance, and support the creation of sound decision-making bases. Completed training in the field of logistics, forwarding, supply chain or similar First relevant professional experience in transport disposition (national & international) Land, air, and/or sea freight Customs and export processing Experience with common office programs High communication strength with a confident appearance in German and English Good organizational talent and the ability to carefully plan, structure, and implement tasks on time Problem-solving competence and the willingness to work independently on new topics and develop solutions Conscientious, structured, and reliable work with a high degree of accuracy As a family business, our team has always been close to our hearts.
