With the help of a digital tool, you record the health status of the residents so that all involved parties are always informed. YOUR PROFILE You have successfully completed compulsory schooling. You are an open and cheerful personality, and you have fun and interest in working with people with disabilities. You want to use your communication skills every day. You have good empathy, are mentally stable, and physically resilient. You possess a high sense of responsibility and good organizational skills.
