Your challenges Participate in the development and evolution of the flagship product of TCS, Membership Ensure the operational implementation of product initiatives and support launches Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement Contribute to the optimization of the customer experience and processes Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, IT teams and external partners Support Product Managers in the realization of strategic and operational projects What you bring Higher education in economics, management, marketing, insurance or an equivalent field First experience in product management, project management, marketing or offer development, an asset Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance indicators Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented personality Sensitivity to customer experience and interest in the continuous improvement of products and processes Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating with various interlocutors Good mastery of MS Office tools; knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Confluence or SharePoint is an advantage French or German native language with very good knowledge of the other language (min.
