Senior System Engineer (w/m/d)

In your mission you will thrive with:

• Support, planning and setup of on-prem, cloud, as well as hybrid infrastructures for our customers
• Planning, conception and realization of exciting customer projects
• Independent operation of different, partly complex customer environments and execution of maintenance work
• Support in the further development of system architectures ( VMware & M365)
• Creation of concepts, technical specifications and documentations (security concepts for backup infrastructures)
• Support in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• Automation and further development of various tasks and processes

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed training as a System Technician EFZ (or equivalent IT training)
• Experience in the setup and operation of system environments
• Proven experience with Microsoft Client and Windows Server , M365 Cloud (Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online), Veeam, VMWare and basic network knowledge
• Knowledge in the following technologies is a plus: Citrix Desktop (XenApp etc.), Microsoft Teams telephony
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and readiness for continuous further development through training and certifications
• Ambitious and team-oriented personality with high initiative as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Readiness for on-call services and willingness to travel for assignments in German-speaking Switzerland
• Enjoyment of working in the IT service provider environment and the associated customer contact
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
