Project Manager/Engineer Bogie Maintenance Engineering

You lead projects to optimize maintenance programs for bogies and chassis of rail vehicles in operation.

Tasks

• Planning, implementation and management of projects to optimize maintenance programs for bogies
• Further development of maintenance programs through new technical insights
• Identification of causes of error on vehicles or fleets and derivation of measures
• Technical support for 2nd Source and change requests
• Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule and quality specifications
• Support of maintenance locations with innovative concepts

Profile

• University or university of applied sciences degree with a technical focus, preferably mechanical engineering
• Basic training in the technical field
• Several years of experience in commissioning, maintenance or development of rail vehicles
• Experience with bogies or chassis is an advantage
• Familiar with norms and standards
• Experience in project management
• Fluent German and English skills

• Willingness to travel max. 20% for visits to customers, locations and fleets
