Description of tasks

• Ensuring the production safety of our equipment as well as flawless quality
• Technical responsibility for grinding machines with CNC and relay controls; Setting up custom-built grinding machines as well as blade prototypes
• Carrying out maintenance and service work on grinding machines and the KSS treatment plant
• Supporting the design and technical departments during commissioning and technical improvements
• Planning, carrying out, and documenting material and abrasive tests
• Maintaining maintenance protocols, setup sheets, and checklists
• Active participation in the optimization of systems and production processes

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ
• Experience in setting up, maintaining, and servicing production machines
• Good mechanical knowledge and strong technical understanding
• Knowledge in handling CNC-controlled systems; relay controls are an advantage
• Experience in grinding technology or subtractive machining is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of quality and responsibility as well as enjoyment of technical challenges
