Workshop Concept Advisor

Your missions and responsibilities:

• Network acquisition and development: you identify and recruit new partner garages and actively contribute to the strategic evolution of our concept.
• Advice and support for partners: close to the field, you identify the needs of our partners and advise them in a pragmatic manner, particularly regarding marketing campaigns, websites, social media presence, content creation, blogs as well as interior and exterior signage.
• Project management and initiative: you take charge of projects with enthusiasm, bring new ideas and actively contribute to the development of the concept.
• Strategic vision: you maintain an overview, identify potential areas for improvement and implement concrete solutions.
• Event organization: you plan and carry out client visits, events and participation in professional trade fairs, while ensuring a quality experience for our partners.
• Internal collaboration: you work in close collaboration with the internal service and actively contribute to effective cooperation.
• Monitoring and contractual management: you ensure compliance with contractual commitments and ensure the follow-up of key processes.

Your profile:

• You have a commercial or technical education, supplemented by continuing education in marketing, business management or sales.
• Ideally, you can demonstrate experience in external sales or in a comparable function. Experience in key account management is an asset.
• You possess a good understanding of marketing and know how to analyze the needs of different types of companies in order to propose adapted solutions.
• You stand out through your consulting and sales skills as well as your interpersonal ease.
• You work in an autonomous, structured and proactive manner, while maintaining your sense of priorities even during busy periods.
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, identify opportunities and bring new impulses to our concept.
• You enjoy teamwork and collaborate effectively with the various internal interlocutors.
• You have a perfect command of French and German, both spoken and written, with a C level in both languages. This skill is indispensable to ensure the autonomous follow-up of our partners in Suisse romande and in Suisse alémanique.
• You have a perfect command of common Microsoft Office tools, notably Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are willing to travel, representing 60 to 80 % of your activity throughout Switzerland.
