Your tasks

• You care for and accompany the residents individually and according to their needs – in accordance with your training and your competencies.
• You support the seniors in everyday life and promote their independence.
• Within your area of competence, you undertake nursing and organizational tasks.
• You work closely with the nursing team and contribute to professional care and support.
• You actively contribute your experience and ideas to everyday work.

Your profile

• Completed training as Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales (AGS EBA)
• Professional experience, preferably in long-term care
• Joy in dealing with people in need of care
• A collegial, responsible and committed personality
• Respect and openness towards different cultural backgrounds
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, at least level B2
• The ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
