To reinforce our team, we are looking for a reliable and experienced personality for our dispatch and patient organization, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
📞 Telephone receipt and processing of transport orders
📅 Planning and coordination of patient transports
🚐 Deployment planning of our drivers
🏥 Cooperation with hospitals, medical practices, and nursing homes
💻 Administrative office work

What you bring with you
✅ Experience in dispatching or administration
✅ Ideally experience in patient transport or healthcare
✅ Very good German skills
✅ Good PC skills
✅ Organizational talent and independent way of working
✅ Reliability, resilience, and team spirit
✅ Friendly appearance and joy in contacting people
