Watch Test Manager M/F Job description: Supervise watch testing activities and ensure their proper functioning Accompany, support, and train operators in their tasks Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and deadlines. Manage the tools and consumables necessary for the activity. Participate in the evaluation of employees and contribute to their development by taking part in interviews and discussions. Be a local relay, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment. Be mobile and able to travel to different sites in the region Job requirements: Watchmaker (CFC) Several years of experience in a watch factory. Experience or marked interest in team management and support. Patience, pedagogy, and taste for knowledge transmission. Excellent communication and listening skills.
