HR Manager - Sole responsibility at the production site

About Our Client ##

Our client is an established international industrial group in a production environment with several locations and a strong market position. To strengthen the local management team, an experienced HR leader is sought who is available in the short term and takes on the entire HR responsibility for a production site with Blue Collar and White Collar employees.

Job Description ##

• Responsibility for the implementation of the local HR strategy in coordination with management
• Advising and supporting managers in all personnel matters
• Management of the entire employee lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding
• Responsibility for recruiting, onboarding and talent management
• Ensuring efficient personnel administration
• Management and monitoring of the external payroll service provider as well as ensuring correct and timely payroll processing.
• Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
• Participation in audits as well as creation of relevant HR reporting
• Management of local HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promoting an open communication culture and positive employee engagement
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at local and international levels

The Successful Applicant ##

• Further training in the field of HR (HR Fachausweis, CAS, MAS, Personalleiter) and/or HR studies
• Several years of experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and modern HR processes
• Experience in payroll, personnel administration and employee relations
• Demonstrable experience in accompanying change processes and projects
• Fluent German and English skills; French is an advantage
• Good knowledge of HR systems and digital HR processes
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Assertive and pragmatic personality with high social competence
