The division brings together different functions of vital importance for a modern, sustainable, and public-oriented SSR. It combines, in particular, strategic public knowledge, the digital streaming platform Play+, cross-functional data and AI governance, portfolio management, as well as central content genres such as fiction and sports. The offering intended for Swiss nationals living abroad, SWI swissinfo.ch, is also part of it.

This new division lays the foundations for an attractive SSR offering, capable of reaching all inhabitants of Switzerland. You will participate in the organization and strategic direction of this new department during a period marked by financial challenges, evolving media usage habits, and increasing international competition.

Your mission ####

Play+ is Switzerland's new live broadcasting and streaming platform. It holds major strategic importance for the future and thus contributes to strengthening a modern and user-centric SSR. Data & AI Business is responsible for the implementation of the data and artificial intelligence strategy and ensures data governance.

Reporting directly to the heads of Play+ and Data & AI Business, you will provide administrative and organizational support, notably in the following areas:

• Organization of internal and external meetings, trips, and events in all regions
• Development and preparation of decision-making bases, presentations, and documents
• Primary contact for internal and external requests; professional communication (emails, correspondence, briefings)
• Administrative support also during staff entries and departures: coordination of IT accounts and access rights, interface with IT (opening tickets, etc.)
• Ensuring the smooth running of processes related to reporting (announcement, reminder, sending) and the Play+ COPIL (dates, agenda, sending)
• Support and replacement during holidays within the management assistance pool of the Offre department

Your profile ####

• Several years of experience as an assistant
• Proven interest in media
• Professional attitude focused on service, proactive and autonomous
• Discretion in handling sensitive information; reliable prioritization of subjects to be handled
• Digital proficiency and experience with MS 365 tools
• Very good command of German and French; good command of English
