Votre mission For our client, an established company in the luxury segment of the watch industry, we are looking for an experienced and strong-willed personality as a Boutique Manager. In this responsible role, you will actively shape the success of the boutique in Bern and define the customer experience at the highest level. Your activities - overall responsibility for the operational business of the boutique as well as ensuring an excellent customer experience - active development and maintenance of a demanding customer base (clienteling at the highest level) - leadership, motivation, and further development of the boutique team - responsibility for achieving sales targets and sustainable revenue increase - implementation of visual merchandising guidelines according to luxury standards - planning and execution of exclusive customer and VIP events - analysis of key figures as well as derivation and implementation of sales strategies - ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and quality standards Votre profil Your profile - several years of experience in a comparable position in the luxury or premium segment, ideally in the watch industry - demonstrable leadership experience and strong sales competence - strong customer orientation and the ability to inspire and long-term retain demanding clientele - very good German and French skills (oral and written), English skills are an advantage - well-groomed, professional, and confident appearance - entrepreneurial thinking as well as high initiative and sense of responsibility - passion for high-quality products, aesthetics, and brand worlds
