Join one of our partner establishments and participate in the care of patients requiring highly specialized monitoring and care.

• Location: Delémont - Intensive Care Unit
• Mission start: As soon as possible
• Duration: Replacement until the end of September (approximately)
• Activity rate: 80 to 100 %

Job Description

Within an intensive care unit, you will be required to:

• Ensure the global care of patients in critical condition.
• Continuously monitor vital parameters and quickly detect any clinical evolution.
• Administer prescribed treatments and manage complex therapeutics.
• Take charge of patients under invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
• Use and monitor specific intensive care equipment (monitoring, syringe pumps, respirators, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with doctors and the entire multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in emergency situations and resuscitation procedures.
• Ensure traceability of care and guarantee precise transmission of information.
• Accompany patients as well as their relatives with professionalism, benevolence, and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, quality, and safety standards.

Profile Sought

We are looking for an autonomous, rigorous professional with an excellent sense of responsibility.

You possess:

1. A Nursing diploma recognized in Switzerland.
2. Ideally the EPD ES in intensive care.
3. At least 2 years of experience in intensive care or resuscitation.
4. Recent experience in emergency services may also be considered.
5. An excellent capacity for analysis and decision-making in complex situations.
6. A very good team spirit and effective communication.
7. Reactivity, organization, and a high capacity for adaptation.
