This is the contribution you can make • Conducting antitrust proceedings in the area of cartels, dominant positions, and mergers • Preparing legal analyses and foundations for the decisions of the WEKO • Drafting sophisticated texts mainly in German (especially orders and decision foundations) • Carrying out investigative measures (interviews, research work, requests for information, house searches) • Drafting legal briefs in appeal proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court and the Federal Supreme Court This makes you unique • Completed studies (Licentiate, Master) in law with an attorney's license or a doctorate in competition law; profound knowledge in economic administrative or economic criminal law including procedural law • Initial professional experience at an authority, law firm, or company is an advantage • Distinct understanding of the framework prescribed by the Cartel Act • Editorial, negotiation, and argumentation skills, assertiveness and persuasiveness, situational appearance, high quality awareness, communication skills, and ability to work in a team • Good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third official language as well as good English skills This is what we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the success model of Switzerland and work for the welfare of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunities, we develop our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
