As part of our team in the criminal registry, you will work together with your colleagues to ensure the smooth running of court proceedings. You will work closely with the presiding judges of the criminal division, as well as the law clerks and legal interns, and will undertake a varied and responsible activity.

Your tasks

|| You manage the business control, record new cases and coordinate the dates for the court hearings

|| You prepare summonses, orders and decisions as well as the associated correspondence

|| You maintain an overview of the business, files and appointments and ensure reliable control and updating

|| If you enjoy it, there is the possibility to take minutes of proceedings

|| You are responsible on a rotational basis, along with fellow registry colleagues, for the coercive measures court

|| You are the competent contact point for telephone inquiries

|| You are responsible for the careful filing and archiving of the dossiers

Your profile

You have a completed commercial education and ideally have already gained some years of experience in a similar function. You enjoy working independently, are well organized and maintain an overview even when several tasks are pending simultaneously.

You are characterized by a careful, correct and expeditious way of working. Teamwork is a matter of course for you, and you remain resilient and solution-oriented even in demanding situations. In contact with internal and external contact persons, you appear friendly, competent and professional.

You are a native German speaker and have good French skills.
