Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of residents in accordance with the mission and the care process
• Performance of care acts according to professional competence and in accordance with the care process planning
• Planning and support of medical visits
• Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach
• Management of tasks as a reference person
• Management of the care process
• Conducting case meetings and care reports

Your profile

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the CRSS
• RAI knowledge desired
• Confident communication in German, both oral and written
• Warm attitude and full of humor
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good knowledge of German, both oral and written
