We wish to recruit a Building Concierge – Real Estate

Mission :
-------------

• Cleaning and maintenance of the common areas of buildings and their surroundings
• Sorting, management and evacuation of waste and recyclables
• Maintenance of green spaces and exteriors
• Small routine maintenance work, notably the replacement of light sources
• Reading of energy meters and other service tasks
• General maintenance and maintaining the cleanliness of buildings

Profile
----------

• Experience in the cleaning and maintenance of buildings or properties
• Good knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
• Experience in the use of cleaning machines, such as the scrubber dryer or single-disc machine
• Good level of French, both spoken and written
• Ease with a smartphone and Outlook
• CFC as a cleaning agent or training in the field, an asset
• Experience in concierge services, maintenance or facility management, an asset
