HR Assistant 40 - 50 (m/f/d) temporary until 31.12.2026

Our client is an established industrial company based in Bremgarten, which is part of an internationally active group of companies. At the Swiss location, emphasis is placed on professional HR administration and reliable cooperation within the team. To cover an absence, we are looking for a ready-to-work personality as an HR Assistant (40-50%) from immediately until approx. the end of the year.

Your tasks

• Participation in the execution of payroll accounting
• Management and processing of all working time data
• Preparation of contract and termination documents for employees
• Creation of German-language letters and personnel correspondence
• Handling of general administrative processes in the personnel area

Your profile

• Several years of practice in human resources or corresponding professional training
• Excellent German language skills for professional written communication
• Conscientious, precise approach to all administrative activities
• Reliability and punctuality in daily work deployment planning
• Mobility for reliable commuting to the place of work is an advantage
