Your tasks
You ensure the qualitatively and quantitatively high-standard care of our inpatient residents
You participate in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
You carry out the nursing documentation seamlessly and independently
You have knowledge in the application of RAI-NH assessments
You promote the autonomy of our residents
You recognize emergency situations and master them
You take over the night responsibility
What you bring with you
Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, FH, DNI/II, Dipl. Krankenschwester/-pfleger AKP, PsyKP
Experience in continuous night watch is an advantage
You are independent, competent and enjoy working in a team
You enjoy dealing with older people and are committed to the versatile tasks
Good oral and written German skills
Good RAI-NH knowledge, RAI-HC knowledge is an advantage
Knowledge of topics such as Palliative Care, dementia and wound management are an advantage
