What you will do:

• You take responsibility for the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• This includes ensuring regular and extraordinary real estate maintenance, the scheduling and execution of property viewings as well as handovers
• You are in contact with owners, tenants, facility management, craft businesses, and authorities
