After-sales service technician for laboratory and process instruments (m/f/d) – Region: Suisse romande / based in Bienne, Berne or Soleure (100 %)

As an after-sales service technician, you ensure on-site interventions for our laboratory and process instruments, including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation as well as customer training.

Your responsibilities

• Planning and execution of maintenance and repair work, as well as installations and GMP qualifications of laboratory measuring instruments at customers in the pharmaceutical and beverage industries
• Drafting of maintenance reports and qualification documents
• Preparation of offers and cost estimates
• Technical support to sales and customer advice
• Carrying out repairs in our premises

Your profile

• Training as an automation technician, electromechanic or electrical technician, ideally completed by higher education as an ES technician
• Experience in the service and maintenance of laboratory instruments is an asset
• Valid category B driving license
• Languages: French and good knowledge of German indispensable; English is an asset
