Lead Lean Manufacturing Specialist

You drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives at a production site and work closely with the production managers.

Tasks

• Application of Lean strategies and tools for continuous improvement in the plant
• Collaboration with production managers to define key value streams
• Promoting a culture of simplification and standardization
• Conducting Kaizen events and Lean workshops
• Use of Value Stream Mapping to prioritize measures
• Coaching and knowledge transfer to employees
• Coordination of training measures on Lean tools

Profile

• Sound experience in the Lean area or a comparable operational function
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical training
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Knowledge and practical application of Lean tools
• Experience in conducting Kaizen events and Lean workouts
