Insurance Specialist Back Office

Your tasks

• Support and maintenance of private and corporate customers
• Creation and support of tenders
• Independent processing of insurance claims
• Processing of policies, contract changes and general inquiries
• Coordination with insurance companies

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally at a broker
• Completed VBV examination
• Experience in claims processing
• Good knowledge in the corporate customer business
• Confident handling of policies and contract mutations
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Stylish German language skills in speaking and writing
• Impeccable reputation and professional appearance
• Affinity for digital tools and modern ways of working

Advantageous

• Further training in the insurance sector (e.g., federal diploma)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
• Good English skills or other foreign languages
• Experience in collaborating with various insurance companies
