Your tasks
Holistic support of SMEs and international mandates
Overall responsibility and mandate management
Finance and accounting
Preparation of VAT returns including VAT reconciliations
Preparation of interim and annual financial statements including budgeting and liquidity planning as well as business evaluations
Payroll accounting and social security law clarification/consulting
Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
Tax planning / tax consulting accompanied by tax experts
Company formations and conversions
Succession planning and restructuring
Settlement of natural and legal persons via our international network including fiscal representation with cross-border matters
Support of national and cross-border strategic planning
Conducting limited audits (optional)

Our requirements
Completed further training as an eidg. Dipl. Treuhandexperte/in
Several years of sound professional experience in the fiduciary sector
Ideally a licensed auditor / Revisor RAB (optional)
Professional experience as an auditor (optional)
Proficient German and English in speaking and writing
Professionally competent, communicative and sympathetic personality as well as independent and exact way of working
