What you move with us ##

You will work in our manufactory in Dietikon in the Luxemburgerli department and support our team with your commitment in the production of our high-quality creams.

From January to August, you will work between 05.00 and 16.00. During the season from September to December, we operate in two-shift operation, whereby your working hours are from 10.00 to approx. 19.00. Due to the seasonal business, occasional assignments on Saturday may also occur.

If required, you will also support the team in the Luxemburgerli production, for example during break relief or during peak loads.

Your tasks

• Operating the RoboQbo as well as our cream pasteurizer plants: professional assembly and disassembly, tool and program selection as well as tub, lid and extruder functions.
• Independent recognition and rectification of malfunctions; if necessary, timely reporting to the technical service
• Professional intermediate and final cleaning according to the cleaning plan
• Efficient, time-optimized working during production and during variety changes
• Preparation and proper handling of the raw materials: compliance with the cold chain, inventory control, timely organization of frozen and warm room goods, working according to the FIFO principle
• Removal and input of OPRP samples
• Checking the masses before emptying as well as timely preparation based on the daily and weekly plan
• Carrying out MiBi samples as well as ensuring optimal product quality (weight, appearance, etc.) according to the manufacturing description
• Maintaining and controlling the production-relevant checklists
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the department and cold room
• The place of assignment may vary within the department as required
