The Information Systems Pole, responsible for enhancing the data of the health network, both for supporting the quality of care and for the medico-economic management of the system's institutions, is looking for an APPLICATION MANAGER 90% - 100% (M/F) --------------------------------------------- YOUR MISSION As Application Manager, you ensure the technical responsibility for a portfolio of critical applications within the information system of the health institutions of the canton of Neuchâtel. You guarantee the stability, performance, security, and scalability of the solutions under your charge. As a technical expert, you master their architecture, their dependencies, and their integrations, and manage their life cycle in collaboration with the infrastructure, security, and integration teams. YOUR PROFILE * Holder of a recognized diploma in Information Technology (University, HES or ES) or training deemed equivalent. * Significant experience in the management and operation of critical applications. * Mastery of application architectures, integration (ESB, API, data flows) and management of environments, dependencies between systems. * Knowledge of security, performance, and high availability standards. * Practice of monitoring, tracking, and application life cycle management tools. * Strong skills in relational databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL). * Good knowledge of Linux environments (scripts, monitoring, troubleshooting). * Good knowledge of DevOps environments and CI/CD practices is an asset. YOUR PERSONAL SKILLS * Ability to analyze complex environments and propose pragmatic technical solutions. * Rigor and organizational skills in the management of critical applications. * Excellent communication with infrastructure teams, partners, suppliers, and business users. * Ability to synthesize information and autonomy in decision-making. * Ability to support the modernization and transformation of systems.
