Sales Assistant Back Office (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a leading global technology provider based in the Bülach area, we are looking for a Sales Assistant Back Office (m/f/d) # immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will advise national and international customers on the company's products. You are responsible for the entire order processing (offers, invoices, calculations, etc.), support the assigned field service employees, and undertake various tasks in the sales back office, such as maintaining master, condition, and customer data, etc., in the corresponding tools. Furthermore, you will handle the processing of goods transports with freight forwarders and customs formalities. For your customers, you are the competent contact person for product questions and advise them in German, English and if necessary French. Participation in various projects and close cooperation with various internal departments (e.g., marketing, purchasing, finance) round off this interesting offer. To successfully master this exciting challenge, you bring a completed commercial vocational training (incl. experience in the industrial sector) or a technical training with further education such as Technical Merchant/woman. You communicate with style in German and English; French as well as any other language is an advantage. You bring good MS Office skills as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems (SAP, Navision etc.). Equally important are good communication skills and the joy of driving things forward.
