Are you ready to create unforgettable guest experiences together with your team? • Co-organization and support in the operational management of an assigned gastronomy area • Deputizing for the Deputy Restaurant Manager in their absence • Participation in the planning and design of daily business • Shared responsibility for beverage offering planning • Expert care and advice for our diverse, international, and local guests • Review and optimization of internal processes and standards • Introduction of new team members as well as support and training of our apprentices • Completed vocational training in service and initial leadership experience • Resilient, flexible, and confident – even in hectic situations; readiness to actively work in various service areas • Team-oriented, committed, and inspiring through professional competence and passion • High quality standards and a pronounced sense of responsibility • Very good German skills in spoken and written language; other languages an advantage
