We currently have 75 employees, all driven by a passion for the terroir, respect for the seasons, and the desire to offer our customers fresh and tasty products. In addition to our production and distribution activities, we offer a direct sales shop on our farm site, Le Petit Marché, open every day from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm, where our customers can find our seasonal fruits and vegetables, meat, cheese, and various Swiss products. We are currently looking for a Sales Staff -- Fruits and vegetables & retail to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission. ### Main missions * Reception, advice, and customer service. * Checkout and cash management. * Setting up, presenting, and restocking products in the store. * Order management, stock monitoring, participation in inventories, and management of unsold goods. * Maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the cleanliness of sales areas, storerooms, and customer reception areas. * Participation in the commercial animation of points of sale (tastings, promotions, seasonal highlights, events, etc.). * Execution of various administrative tasks related to store activities. ### Qualifications * Experience in sales or retail, ideally in the sale of fruits and vegetables.
