Tasks & Challenges

• Responsibility for a smooth and professional flow at the front
• Leadership, motivation and development of your team
• Personal and attentive care of demanding guests
• Coordination and accompaniment of exclusive events
• Active host role, presence at the front
• Organization of regular team meetings as well as creation of work and holiday planning
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and a well-maintained overall appearance in the area of responsibility
• Professional handling of individual guest wishes and special situations
• Induction of new employees

Qualification & Competencies

• Completed vocational training in the hotel or gastronomy industry
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership function
• Leadership personality with empathy and assertiveness
• High resilience, flexibility
• Stylish, well-groomed appearance
• Host personality with a hands-on mentality
• Enthusiasm for wine and culinary arts
• Languages: German and English fluent
