Area of Responsibility

• Overall coordination of production and project planning with responsibility for capacities, manufacturing dates, and the timely processing of essential customer orders
• Functional and personnel leadership of employees in production planning and operational purchasing, including target agreements, personnel development, and employee appraisals
• Early identification of capacity bottlenecks and planning deviations, as well as the development of suitable solutions together with the production management
• Management of cross-departmental project coordination with a focus on order progress, prioritization, manufacturing processes, and delivery obligations
• Ensuring economical and quality-compliant production processes, taking into account operational specifications, defined testing procedures, and applicable quality standards
• Coordination of manufacturing and delivery planning with external production sites, suppliers, and internal specialist departments
• Responsibility for personnel and deployment planning within the area of responsibility, including working time models, holiday regulations, and substitutions
• Organization of production-related inventory counts, creation of regular production forecasts, and support for the production management with operational and organizational issues

Desired Profile:

• Several years of practical experience in an industrial production environment with a sound understanding of manufacturing processes and operational planning processes
• Completed technical training at the Higher Vocational College (HF) level or higher
• Good user knowledge in ERP systems and confident handling of digital work and planning tools
• Proficient German language skills for internal and cross-departmental communication
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility as well as the ability to set clear priorities even under high workloads
• Assertive, technically competent, and reliable personality with good communication skills
• Openness to change, willingness for high personal commitment, and interest in professional further education
• Loyalty, integrity, and binding cooperation with employees, managers, and adjacent specialist departments
