Job Description
Do you have an affinity for numbers and are you striving, in close contact with planners, clients and architects, to develop the best economic solution for construction projects? Do you think and act in a structured manner, are digitally savvy, enjoy calculating exciting projects together with the cost team and thus further expanding our cost database? Then we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement to strengthen our team in Zürich or Basel.
Independent processing of cost estimations (KGS, KS, KV)
Building economic support for construction projects
Implementing cost calculations in combination with a BIM – digitalization strategy
Cost monitoring and control of construction costs in all project phases
Co-management of a cost database
Plausibility checking and evaluation of costs in all project phases
Preparation of reports, extrapolations and forecasts
Strategic client consultancy in the area of budgeting
Qualifications
Preferably a trained building economist with a CAS in construction cost planning or the MAS in building economics
Completed basic training in the construction sector architecture or civil engineering or diploma as a construction manager, technician in structural engineering
Several years of professional experience as a cost planner in a comparable position as well as experience in the construction industry
Very good MS Office skills as well as knowledge in using Messerli Bauad and other cost tools. Knowledge of Vitruv is an advantage.
Strong ability for interdisciplinary structured thinking, acting and communicating
Customer-oriented, precise and economic way of thinking as well as an independent and careful working style
