The Pensionskasse Graubünden is the largest pension institution in the Canton of Graubünden. It looks after over 10’000 insured persons, over 4’000 pensioners, as well as 130 affiliated employers. We manage pension assets of 4.5 billion francs.
Our insured persons include, among others, the employees of the Canton of Graubünden, public law institutions, municipalities, schools and institutions from the health and social sectors. This diversity makes our work varied and ensures exciting and demanding questions on a daily basis.
For our pension team, we are looking for an engaged, service-oriented personality as a Pension Specialist as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
In this versatile job, you are the contact point for our insured persons and employers. With your competent and solution-oriented advice, you shape the first impression of the PKGR.
Your area of responsibility
Management of the insured and employer portal «myPKGR»
Processing of the monthly wage interfaces
Processing of incoming and outgoing payments (entry/exit benefits, buy-ins, WEF advances and pledges)
Carrying out pension adjustments in the event of divorce as well as processing beneficiary and life partnership declarations
Support in benefit cases in cooperation with our reinsurance
Planning and conducting employer visits, information events, lectures and webinars
Active participation in projects, the further development of our processes and digitalization

Professional experience and further training in occupational pension schemes (Fachperson für Personalvorsorge mit FA)
Joy in analyzing complex issues and developing practical solutions
Independent, structured and responsible way of working as well as analytical and networked thinking
High customer and service orientation
Confident appearance and joy in representing the PKGR at employer visits, information events, lectures and webinars
Knowledge of our administration system SwissPension is an advantage
Team player with joy in open and respectful cooperation with short decision-making paths
Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
