As an experienced specialist in process management, you will take on a central role in the further development of our process landscape at Visana. You combine strategic thinking with concrete implementation and ensure that our processes are designed to be efficient, customer-oriented, and future-proof. In doing so, you work closely with the specialist departments, IT, and those responsible for Digital Business. You identify optimization potential, develop viable solutions, and accompany their implementation. In this way, you make a visible contribution to the digitalization and further development of Visana. Your tasks You actively shape the future of our processes and take responsibility for the maintenance and further development of the Visana process map. In doing so, you continuously develop our process organization, roles, and tasks. You analyze existing processes together with the specialist departments, identify optimization potential, and develop innovative, customer-oriented, and efficient solutions. You drive the digitalization and optimization of business processes and accompany corresponding initiatives from conception to implementation. You model business processes in BPMN 2.0 and support the specialist departments in professionally developing, documenting, and sustainably anchoring their processes. You lead projects and sub-projects for process optimization and actively contribute your expertise to corporate projects. In doing so, your organization ensures that improvements are not only conceived but also successfully implemented and anchored in operations. You further develop transparent and meaningful process controlling and ensure active communication within the process organization. You support project managers and line managers with process-related questions and bring your experience and know-how profitably into the organization. You have the opportunity to bring about visible changes with your ideas and expertise and to actively help shape the further development of a modern insurance organization. Your profile You have basic professional training as well as further training in process management, business administration, or a comparable field of expertise. You bring several years of experience in business process analysis and process modeling and have sound knowledge of BPMN 2.0. Experience in health insurance or the healthcare sector is an advantage. You have strong conceptual and analytical skills and can prepare complex relationships in an understandable way as well as translate them into concrete, implementable solutions. You bring experience in process optimization and digitalization and enjoy developing new approaches, initiating changes, and actively accompanying their implementation. You work independently, proactively, and result-oriented and have the necessary assertiveness to sustainably drive optimizations forward together with your organization. You move confidently in agile teams and hybrid project organizations and ideally bring experience in project or sub-project management. You are a communicative and convincing personality who engages different stakeholders in an appropriate manner, networks, and wins them over for common solutions. You value collaboration at the interface of business and the delivery teams and want to apply your skills in a varied, future-oriented environment.
