As a communication consultant, you bridge the gap between the communications department and the functional areas assigned to you. You identify communication opportunities at an early stage, create orientation in complex subject areas, and ensure that the right messages have an impact. Together with you, we also develop a convincing communication strategy for demanding content.

Your benefits at the Post.

We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 110’600 to CHF 125’600 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may be slightly below or above the range.

• You advise stakeholders from the areas of strategy and sustainability.
• From the perspective of the relevant interest groups, you analyze strategic projects and developments and derive the communicative approach from them.
• You develop goal-oriented communication strategies, concepts, narratives, and core messages and translate complex content into understandable and effective stories.
• Together with the specialist departments and communication teams, you plan, coordinate, and implement effective communication measures across various channels.
• You create or manage target-group and channel-appropriate content such as messages, posts, presentations, or storylines. You also ensure their quality and impact.
• For consistent communication, you work closely with specialist departments, lead business partners, and other competence centers.
• You keep trends, developments, and potential communication topics in view and proactively bring your perspective into strategic discussions.
