Operative tasks • Performs support work in the kitchen (e.g. cooking and preparing salads, preparing vegetables, meat, fish etc.) independently according to internal company recipes • Maintains careful handling of food (processing and storage) • Handles equipment and tools professionally • Complies with legal norms and standards for occupational safety & health protection • Complies with HACCP guidelines as well as the provisions of food legislation Correct and professional preparation and regeneration of delivered meals • Ordering goods kitchen • Ordering/ billing internal house tasks (garbage containers, putting away laundry, washing up tasks, billings etc.) • Taking inventory and entry Organization and implementation of seasonal festivals good PC knowledge
