AVOR Work Preparation Specialist

What you can set in motion.

• With your work, you will contribute to maintaining the terms and quality of the work performed, as well as the availability of the FFS fleet.
• In the role of specialist in work preparation, you will carry out work preparation activities, price definition/supervision, and workflow management.
• You will be responsible for the correct implementation of times and methods to ensure optimal production in terms of quality, time, and costs.
• You will keep the processes within your competence effective, robust, and up-to-date, implementing targeted and continuous improvements.
• You will interface with all relevant bodies to ensure the effective exchange of information.
• You will therefore perform an exemplary function by constantly improving yourself. You will support colleagues in small and large multidisciplinary working groups.

What you bring with you.

• You are a dynamic person, open to new challenges, responsible, proactive, and with good communication skills.
• You are sensitive to issues related to safety and operational safety.
• You have completed training at the SSST technical school level or equivalent and basic training in the mechanical or electrotechnical field (AFC).
• You have experience in the AVOR (Work Preparation) sector and knowledge of SAP.
• You have Italian or German as a mother tongue and good/excellent knowledge of the other language (B2 level)
