These are your tasks: Here you are head and doer at the same time: You lead a wide variety of projects (predominantly high voltage) from calculation to successful completion -- independently and with entrepreneurial foresight. As a central contact person for customers as well as employees, you clarify needs, prepare offers, and coordinate orders. You plan personnel deployment, ensure well-thought-out work preparation, and keep a firm grip on things even with larger construction projects. And because every good project needs the right material at the right time, you also take care of its procurement for your construction sites. What we expect from you: You have completed training as an Electrical Installer EFZ and have completed further training as an Electrical Project Manager -- or are close to it. You bring projects of all sizes to the finish line with passion and success. You have gained initial leadership experience, entrepreneurial thinking is natural to you, and in contact with customers and partners, you convince with negotiation skills and assertiveness. You work independently, reliably, and conscientiously, have a communicative manner, and consistently place your customers at the center. CAD knowledge is a plus, and a category B driver's license completes your profile.
