Our client implements solutions in electrical engineering, automation, energy as well as ICT/IoT in Eastern Switzerland.

Your main tasks

• Leader for the area of Renewable Energies (PV, e-mobility, storage)
• Hands-on project management: consulting, offer/calculation, detailed planning, execution, acceptance and handover
• Coordination of deadlines, resources, subcontractors and interfaces; ensuring quality, costs and
• documentation
• Further development of our offering (PV + storage + charging infrastructure + energy management) and active support of the
• sales pipeline
• Customer consulting, solution presentation and negotiations (benefit argumentation, objection handling, closing)

Your profile

• Basic electrical training (EFZ) with further training (e.g. Project Manager Electrical with Solar Technician or PV Installer)
• Leader mentality (motivate & look ahead)
• Willingness to constantly further develop technical know-how
• Standards/safety: NIN/NIV, occupational safety, acceptances, documentation, EVU processes
• Sales strength: recognizing needs, developing solutions
• The skills can also be developed through your commitment
